The All-Clad BD55201 is a 1.5-quart saucepan from the D5 Brushed Stainless collection - All-Clad's patented 5-ply bonded line. This is the smallest saucepan in the D5 lineup and one of the most precise pans for small-batch sauce work and delicate cooking tasks.

The 5-ply construction - alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum around a stainless steel core - heats more slowly and evenly than 3-ply, making it a strong choice for reductions and delicate sauces that can't tolerate scorching. The brushed exterior resists fingerprints better than the polished finish, and the pan is oven safe to 600 degrees F.
