All-Clad WD700162 Stainless Steel Classic Round Waffle Maker with 7 Browning Settings, 4-Section, Silver

Classic Round Waffles With 7 Browning Settings and a Done Alert

The All-Clad WD700162 makes one large round waffle with 4 easy-cut sections. Choose from 7 browning settings, and a light and sound tell you when to pour the batter and when the waffle is done. A steam release system keeps waffles crisp outside and fluffy inside, and PFOA-free nonstick plates let them slide right off. Stainless steel housing, silver finish.

Why This Waffle Maker

Most waffle makers make you guess when to pour and when to open. This one tells you both, and its steam release keeps waffles crisp outside and fluffy inside.

• 7 browning settings. Pick how crisp you want each waffle.
• It tells you when. A ready light and sound signal when to pour batter and when the waffle is done.
• Steam release system. Lets moisture escape so waffles come out crisp on the outside and fluffy inside.
• One round waffle, four sections. Each waffle is about 6.5 inches across and 1/2 inch thick, scored into 4 easy-cut sections.
• PFOA-free nonstick plates. Waffles release cleanly and the plates wipe clean.
• Stainless steel housing. Matches All-Clad cookware and stainless kitchens.

Classic Round Waffle Maker Specifications

Condition: new and never used. It ships in the retail box, which may be torn. Capital Cookware is an authorized All-Clad dealer and buys its inventory directly from All-Clad.

Use and Care

The short version. The All-Clad use and care guide has the full details.

1. Pick a setting. Plug in, close the lid and choose one of the 7 browning settings. Lower numbers give lighter waffles.
2. Preheat. Wait for the ready signal before you pour. A hot plate is what gives a crisp outside.
3. Pour and close. Pour enough batter to cover the grid without overfilling, then close the lid.
4. Lift when it signals. Remove the waffle with a heat-safe, non-metal utensil when the done signal sounds. Unplug and let it cool before wiping the plates.
