Compatible with all stovetops including induction and oven safe to 500°F, the All-Clad HA1 set is ideal for home cooks who want the reliability of an American-made brand in a practical, everyday nonstick format.

What's In The Box▼
All-Clad HA1 4-Piece Fry Pan Set — Complete Piece List

This All-Clad HA1 set includes four pieces: a 10-inch hard anodized nonstick fry pan, a 10-inch tempered glass lid, a 12-inch hard anodized nonstick fry pan, and a 12-inch tempered glass lid. The two pan sizes cover everyday cooking tasks from single-serving eggs to larger family portions.

All-Clad HA1 Nonstick Coating — What Material Is It Made Of?

The All-Clad HA1 fry pans feature a 3-layer PFOA-free PTFE nonstick interior applied over a hard anodized aluminum body, which is twice as hard as stainless steel and resistant to corrosion. The exterior stainless steel base is bonded for even heat conduction and induction compatibility.

What Stovetops and Ovens Is the All-Clad HA1 Compatible With?

The All-Clad HA1 nonstick fry pan set is compatible with gas, electric coil, smooth-top ceramic, and induction cooktops. The pans are oven and broiler safe to 500°F, and the included lids are oven safe to 350°F, making them versatile for stovetop-to-oven recipes.

All-Clad HA1 Care Instructions and Warranty Coverage

All-Clad HA1 fry pans are dishwasher safe, though hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to extend the life of the nonstick coating. Metal utensils should be avoided. The set is covered under All-Clad's Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Cookware Performance & Features▼

The All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan Set is engineered for consistent, reliable everyday performance with a construction that balances durability, heat response, and ease of use.

Nonstick Coating: The HA1 interior features a 3-layer PTFE nonstick system that is PFOA-free, providing smooth food release for delicate proteins, eggs, and sauces with minimal oil. The layered application contributes to scratch resistance when compared to single-coat systems, though silicone or wood utensils are still recommended.

Heat Distribution: The hard anodized aluminum body heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, reducing hot spots. The bonded stainless steel base adds structural rigidity and enables use on induction cooktops.

Handle Design: The stainless steel handle is secured with two stainless rivets for durability and stays cooler on stovetop use. The ergonomic angle reduces wrist strain during maneuvering.

Lids: Included tempered glass lids allow monitoring of food without lifting, retaining heat and moisture during cooking. They are oven safe to 350°F.

  • 3-layer PFOA-free PTFE nonstick interior for easy food release
  • Hard anodized aluminum body — twice as hard as stainless steel
  • Bonded stainless steel base for even heating and induction readiness
  • Dual-riveted stainless steel handle for secure, comfortable grip
  • Tempered glass lids included with both 10-inch and 12-inch pans
  • Oven safe to 500°F (lids to 350°F)
  • PFOA-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free nonstick surface
Stovetop & Oven Compatibility▼

The All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan Set is designed to work across all major cooktop types, including induction, and transitions seamlessly from stovetop to oven for versatile cooking applications.

The bonded stainless steel base on the All-Clad HA1 pans is magnetic and induction-compatible, making this set suitable for gas burners, electric coil ranges, smooth-top ceramic cooktops, and induction cooktops. In the oven, the pans withstand temperatures up to 500°F, while the included tempered glass lids are rated to 350°F.

  • Gas cooktops — compatible
  • Electric coil cooktops — compatible
  • Smooth-top ceramic/radiant cooktops — compatible
  • Induction cooktops — compatible (magnetic stainless base)
  • Conventional oven — safe to 500°F (pans); 350°F (lids)
  • Broiler — safe to 500°F (pans only, lids not broiler safe)

Note: The tempered glass lids should not be used under the broiler. As with all nonstick cookware, avoid preheating an empty pan on high heat for extended periods, which can degrade the nonstick coating over time.

Frequently Asked Questions▼

Is the All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry Pan induction compatible?

Yes. The All-Clad HA1 fry pan set includes a bonded stainless steel base that is fully magnetic and compatible with induction cooktops, in addition to gas, electric coil, and ceramic smooth-top surfaces.

What is included in the All-Clad HA1 4-piece fry pan set?

The All-Clad HA1 4-piece set includes a 10-inch hard anodized nonstick fry pan with a 10-inch tempered glass lid and a 12-inch hard anodized nonstick fry pan with a 12-inch tempered glass lid — four pieces total.

Is the All-Clad HA1 nonstick fry pan set dishwasher safe?

The All-Clad HA1 fry pans are labeled dishwasher safe; however, All-Clad recommends hand washing with warm water and mild dish soap to preserve the 3-layer PTFE nonstick coating and extend the useful life of the cookware.

How does the All-Clad HA1 compare to the All-Clad D3 or D5 stainless collections?

The All-Clad HA1 is a nonstick hard anodized line designed for low-to-medium heat cooking, easy food release, and minimal-fat cooking. The D3 and D5 lines are fully-clad stainless steel collections without nonstick coatings, optimized for high-heat searing, browning, and fond development. The HA1 is the preferred choice when a nonstick surface is the priority.
