This is the 7-quart stock pot from All-Clad's Essentials nonstick line, model H911S374, with a tempered glass lid. Essentials is built from heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum with a PTFE nonstick interior, so soups, sauces and chili do not scorch onto the bottom and cleanup is quick. All-Clad rates the pot oven safe to 500°F and the glass lid to 350°F. It works on gas, electric and ceramic cooktops but not on induction.
