Two D3 Fry Pans and an 8-Quart Stock Pot: The Pieces You Use Most
This D3 set brings together the three pieces most kitchens reach for: an 8-inch fry pan, a 10-inch fry pan and an 8-quart stock pot with lid. All three are All-Clad tri-ply, an aluminum core bonded between two layers of stainless steel, for even heat to the rim. Oven and broiler safe to 600°F, induction ready, made in Canonsburg, PA.

Why These Three
Boxed sets fill a cabinet with pans you rarely use. This one is the two fry pans and the big pot that do most of the cooking.
- Two fry pans for every job. The 8-inch handles eggs; the 10-inch sears and sautés. Flat bases and flared sides make turning food easy.
- An 8-quart stock pot. Wide base for browning, high sides for soups, stocks, pasta and canning.
- Three bonded layers, rim to rim. An aluminum core sits between two layers of stainless steel and is bonded all the way up the sides, so heat spreads evenly across the base and walls.
- An 18/10 stainless cooking surface. The polished starburst interior resists sticking, cleans up easily and does not react with acidic foods.
- Works on every cooktop, including induction. The magnetic stainless exterior works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F. Brown on the stovetop and finish in the oven in the same pan.
- Riveted stainless handles. Permanently attached with stainless rivets and contoured for a secure grip.

Use and Care
The short version. The All-Clad use and care guide has the full details.
- Preheat, then add fat. Heat the empty pan over medium for a minute or two, then add oil or butter. Stainless releases food far better once it is hot.
- Stay at medium. Bonded cookware spreads heat well, so medium does the work high heat does on a thinner pan. Save high heat for boiling water.
- Let food release. Proteins stick at first and let go once a crust forms. Wait for that before you turn them.
- Cool, then clean. Let the pan cool before it meets water. Wash with warm soapy water, and use a fine powdered cleanser and a nylon pad for stuck food or rainbow tint. Skip steel wool and bleach.
