This All-Clad 11-inch round basket brings stainless cookware to the grill. Large perforations let smoke and heat reach the food while small pieces stay out of the fire. 1. Preheat the grill. Bring the grill to cooking temperature with the lid closed.
2. Load, then place. Load the food while the piece is cool, then set it on the grate using the handles and grill mitts.
3. Cook with the lid down. Close the grill lid so heat surrounds the food. Check doneness with a thermometer rather than by time alone.
4. Cool, then clean. Let it cool fully. Soak, then scrub with a nylon brush or pad. Skip steel wool and bleach.
